I · Information We Handle

Owo follows the "minimum necessary" principle. We only process the following:

1. Photos You Upload

  • Processed only in your browser using Google MediaPipe for facial landmark detection，
  • Original photos are never uploaded to our servers — destroyed on your device after processing，
  • Our servers only receive abstract "geometric feature data" (face shape ratios, feature positions, etc.)

2. Test Results

  • Your persona type ID (e.g., T01) and test timestamp
  • Used to display your collection progress in the Gallery
  • Contains no photo, no full text, and cannot be traced back to your facial features

3. Device Identifier

  • Anonymous device ID (generated in your browser's localStorage, not linked to your real identity)
  • Used to identify the same user across sessions — cannot be used to trace you in reality

4. What We Don't Collect

  • Real name, ID number, phone number (unless you voluntarily register and provide them)
  • Location data
  • Contacts or albums (we only access the single photo you actively select)
  • Any raw biometric data

II · How We Use Information

  • Provide service: send your geometric feature data to our AI system to generate your persona analysis card：
  • Gallery feature: retain your persona type ID so you can track your collection progress：
  • Service improvement: aggregated, non-identifiable statistics used to improve the product (e.g., type distribution)：

We will NEVER:

  • Sell your information to third parties
  • Use it for targeted advertising
  • Use it to train our own AI models

III · Data Storage

  • Location: Mainland China：
  • Duration: test records retained long-term (~50 bytes) — you can request deletion at any time：
  • Security: industry-standard encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and encrypted storage：

IV · Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services. Please also read their privacy policies:

  • Google MediaPipe · facial landmark detection (runs in your browser, no data sent to Google)
  • LLM · generates persona analysis text (only geometric feature data, no personally identifiable info)

V · Your Rights

Under China's Personal Information Protection Law and related regulations, you have the following rights:

  • Right to know: what information we have processed about you：
  • Right to rectify: request correction of inaccurate information：
  • Right to delete: request deletion of all your data (including test records and device identifiers)：
  • Right to withdraw: stop using this service at any time：
  • Right to complain: if you disagree with our data handling, contact us or file a complaint with the relevant authority：

VI · Minors

This product is intended for users aged 18 and above. Users under 18 should use it under parental guidance and should avoid uploading photos of others.
